NORTHBOROUGH — The Peasley Building Committee's Communications Subcommittee approved amended minutes and planned a fall outreach push ahead of a town funding vote. Chair Kelly and member Erica Hall voted to credit "the Peasley Building Committee," not Hall individually, for community fair work in the June 11 minutes. Members targeted the September 26 Apple Fest street fair, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and November 3 town elections for booth outreach, and debated launching a standalone Facebook page.
Northborough Media's Dana said the town "actually get[s] a lot of traction on Facebook," while Algonquin principal Sean Bevin noted his school "pay[s] him at the high school" for a student-run social media stipend. A second project video on funding logistics, featuring Finance Director Jason Little and Stephanie Bacon, is planned for late October or early November. The meeting adjourned 3-0 at 6:52 p.m.
